ININCORP has initiated the development of a 250 MW coal plant in northern Colombia. After a very thorough analysis, ININCORP has purchase a properly located 75 acre plot in Colombia, for the developing the power plant in Northern Colombia.

ININCORP has achieved two important milestones in the TermoPalermo project.

One is the approval by the Ministry of Environmental Affairs to consider the viability of the project and approving the DDA for TermoPalermo and the secondly entering into a entered into a site purchase agreement with Grupo Retramar (Colombia) for the location of the TermoPalermo Project at the originally conceived riverside location.

Additionally, ININCORP has contracted the procurement for the Environmental License for the project, which is expected to be approved by November 2010.This two milestones will expedite the development process

ININCORP has committed to be a leading power project development in the Iraq,Kuwait,Saudi Arabia region.

ININCORP has appointed Mr. Hussein Al Kanaan as a permanent director/representative in the region, and Mr. Al Kanaan will be stationed in Kuwait.

ININCORP has initiated the development of the Termo Iraq I project in Iraq.

The Termo Iraq I project is a 60 MW dual fuel ( natural gas/diesel) power plant, utilizing reciprocating engines and providing firm energy under a long term contract. Commercial operations for the project is expected to be the fourth quarter of 2010.

ININCORP has established a partnership with MACCRON of the Philippines to develop power project in the Asia Pacific Region.

This initiative will be managed from the ININCORP offices in Manila.

ININCORP has initiated the development of the Termo Palermo project in Colombia.

The Termo Palermo project is a project to be develop in phase, with an initial phase of 60 MW dual fuel ( natural gas/diesel) power plant, utilizing reciprocating engines and providing firm energy under a long term contract.

Total project capacity is expected to exceed 500 MW in a three years period.

Commercial operations for the project is expected to be the first phase for the First quarter of 2011.

ININCORP and a selected group of investors have establish an investment fund oriented to own power projects on a global basis.

The investment fund name is ZEUZ and will target power projects in emerging markets.

The fund is expected to aggregate US $ 200 Million and be fully funded by November 2009
